- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and pumpkin spice.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add pumpkin puree and mix until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just incorporated.
- Fold in chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers.
- Scoop tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set and centers are soft.
- Allow cookies to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
