Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and pumpkin spice.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add pumpkin puree and mix until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just incorporated.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers.
  7. Scoop tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set and centers are soft.
  9. Allow cookies to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
