Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and cube the butternut squash.
- Toss the cubed squash with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the onion until translucent, then add minced garlic.
- Add ground turkey, cooking until browned and fully cooked through.
