Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or gouda)
  • 1/2 cup pitted and chopped olives (green or black)
  • 1 tablespoon dried herbs (rosemary or thyme)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the eggs and buttermilk, then stir in the cheese and olives.
  4. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan.
