Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter or heat the oil.
- Add the chopped mushrooms and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender and browning.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- In a separate bowl, season cottage cheese with salt and pepper, and stir for even consistency.
- Toss the sautéed mushrooms into the bowl with cottage cheese and mix well.
- Sprinkle in fresh herbs and mix. Adjust seasoning as desired.
