Ingredients

  • Cremini or Portobello mushrooms
  • Truffle oil
  • Breadcrumbs (traditional or panko)
  • Parmesan or Gruyère cheese
  • Fresh garlic
  • Fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, or chives)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove their stems. Chop the stems finely.
