Ingredients

- Large round sourdough or Italian bread
- Cream cheese

Instructions
- Prepare the Bread Bowl: Cut the top off your bread and hollow out the inside without tearing the crust.
- Sauté the Aromatics: Heat olive oil over medium heat, add chopped onions and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Incorporate the Seafood: Add cleaned seafood to the skillet and cook until just opaque.
- Mix the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the sautéed seafood, cream cheese, herbs, and seasonings, and stir in cheese.
- Stuff the Bread Bowl: Spoon the filling into the hollowed-out bread bowl and top with extra cheese if desired.
