Description

Ingredients

  • Fresh Seafood: shrimp, crab, and scallops
  • Large round sourdough or Italian bread
  • Cream cheese
  • Fresh garlic
  • Onions
  • Fresh parsley, dill, or chives
  • Melty cheese (mozzarella or Parmesan)
  • Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bread Bowl: Cut the top off your bread and hollow out the inside without tearing the crust.
  2. Sauté the Aromatics: Heat olive oil over medium heat, add chopped onions and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Incorporate the Seafood: Add cleaned seafood to the skillet and cook until just opaque.
