Description

  • 4 cups air-popped popcorn
  • 2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, or cashews)
  • 1 cup cheese crackers (optional)
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or vegan alternative
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine pretzels, popcorn, nuts, and cheese crackers.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt.
  4. Pour the coating over the mixed snacks and fold gently to coat evenly.
  5. Spread the coated mix onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
