- 6 cups air-popped popcorn
- 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, cashews)
- 1 cup cheese crackers
- 1 cup pretzels
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon dried herbs (rosemary or thyme)
Instructions
- Pop the popcorn in a large pot or air popper. Set aside in a large mixing bowl.
- In a skillet over low heat, combine the maple syrup and smoked paprika. Stir gently until heated through.
- Toss in the nuts, cheese crackers, and pretzels into the bowl with popcorn and fold carefully.
- Pour the warm maple mixture over the snack mix.
- Sprinkle in the dried herbs and mix again. Add a pinch of salt if desired.
- Spread the mixture onto a lined baking sheet. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Let cool and transfer to a serving bowl or airtight container.
