Description

A delightful blend of popcorn, nuts, and savory crackers enhanced with sweet maple syrup and smoked paprika, perfect for gatherings and snacks.


Ingredients

  • 6 cups air-popped popcorn
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, cashews)
  • 1 cup cheese crackers
  • 1 cup pretzels
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon dried herbs (rosemary or thyme)

Instructions

  1. Pop the popcorn in a large pot or air popper. Set aside in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a skillet over low heat, combine the maple syrup and smoked paprika. Stir gently until heated through.
  3. Toss in the nuts, cheese crackers, and pretzels into the bowl with popcorn and fold carefully.
  4. Pour the warm maple mixture over the snack mix.
  5. Sprinkle in the dried herbs and mix again. Add a pinch of salt if desired.
  6. Spread the mixture onto a lined baking sheet. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Let cool and transfer to a serving bowl or airtight container.
