Ingredients
- Fresh jalapeños
- Cranberry juice
- Granulated sugar
- White or apple cider vinegar
- Ground cloves
- Cinnamon
- Salt
Instructions
- Wash jalapeños thoroughly and slice them into rings, removing seeds if desired.
- In a medium saucepan, combine cranberry juice, sugar, and vinegar. Stir over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Add ground cloves, cinnamon, and salt into the syrup. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add jalapeño slices into the syrup, ensuring they’re fully coated. Simmer for an additional 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let cool. Transfer to sterilized jars and refrigerate.
