Instructions
- Cook Arborio rice according to package instructions and allow to cool completely.
- In a large bowl, mix cooled rice, egg, grated Parmesan, truffle oil, chopped fresh herbs, salt, and pepper until incorporated.
- Wet hands slightly, scoop out a golf ball-sized portion, and roll into a ball.
- Coat each ball in breadcrumbs, ensuring they are fully covered.
- For frying, heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry until golden brown. For baking, place on a lined baking sheet at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
