Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the eggs one at a time and add vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries and white chocolate chips.
- Scoop dollops of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring space between each.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden and centers look slightly underbaked.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
