Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and baking powder; gradually add to the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden and the centers are soft.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
