- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup chopped pecans

- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Chop the pecans into smaller pieces and measure out the cranberries.
- Mix the dried cranberries and chopped pecans into the melted chocolate until well coated.
- Add the sea salt and vanilla extract, stirring to combine.
- On a lined baking sheet, dollop spoonfuls of the mixture, roughly two tablespoons each.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to harden.
- Store the clusters in an airtight container, where they will last for up to two weeks.
