Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup holiday sprinkles
- Optional: crushed nuts, mini marshmallows, or peppermint extract
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in increments of 30 seconds, stirring until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted white chocolate and butter, stirring well. Fold in the Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
- With damp hands, scoop a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
- Before the chocolate sets, roll each ball in holiday sprinkles.
- Place the balls on parchment paper and let cool until firm, about 30 minutes at room temperature or 15 minutes in the fridge.
Notes
Keep your hands damp to prevent sticking when rolling. Avoid overheating the chocolate during melting.
