Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to desired thickness.
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and dried herbs. Spread evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle grated Gouda cheese generously over the pumpkin layer.
- Drizzle a bit more olive oil on top and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden, and the crust is crisp.
