Crispy wontons filled with spicy buffalo chicken and cream cheese, perfect for family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup ground chicken or shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Spray oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, green onions, and cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
  2. Place about a tablespoon of filling in the center of a wonton wrapper, wet the edges, fold in half to form a triangle, and seal tightly.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Lightly spray the wontons with oil on both sides and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving and enjoy with extra buffalo sauce or ranch dressing.

Notes

Ensure not to overcrowd the air fryer for even cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
