Description

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool on a wire rack and dust generously with powdered sugar.
