Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 5 cloves Fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 8 oz Chow mein noodles
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- Optional toppings: Green onions, sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, and cornstarch. Add the chicken pieces, mix well, and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Boil the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing well to coat with the sticky sauce and chicken.
- Serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
Marinate longer for enhanced flavor. Use a high heat to create caramelization. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
